Exchange Trophies
« on: Mar 15, 2012, 09:59 pm »

Wasn't really sure which forum to post this in, sorry.

Here's a way to get around GT5 saves being locked in order to have other people be able to achieve things for you:

Step 1 - Find someone to unlock the trophy for you.
Step 2 - Exchange PSN+ info for Cloud Save exchange
Step 3 - They download the save and get the trophy for you -- or just do what needs doing and reupload
Done.  Easy.

You might be worried about losing your account, but it's really not that big a deal.  Quick call to support and you can get it back if anybody tries to do anything bad.

So.  Who wants to do the Eiger special event for me?

Welcome.

And... no, I don't... because it's not that difficult.   :P

It is that difficult for some people.  I'm doing it with a controller, not a wheel, for one.  I've also already beaten the Vettel challenges with a controller.  I found those to be "not that difficult".  But the Eiger...I've put over twenty hours into that one race alone, and can only get 1:17.12X

I think difficulty is a YMMV sort of thing.

So now you've mentioned your time of  1:17.12X, I can assume you're after getting a Gold?

It's easy to get a Bronze or Silver... Gold requires you to be totally perfect in every corner.

For DS3, try this:

TCS=7
Active steering=Mild
ASM=Off
ABS=Anything between 3 and 5

Checkpoint times for reference:
Bridge = 35s
Tunnel = 50s

Good luck.   8)

(Btw, discussing "gamesave" sharing isn't tolerated on some other forums... but we're a bit more chilled out on here)
